How many accessible tickets will there be to buy?
The venue decides how many accessible tickets will be available for an event and where in the venue they will be located.
Can I purchase accessible tickets online?
Yes! We were the first ticketing agent to make accessible tickets available online. We use a booking validation process where, within 24 hours of an order, we ask that you submit your accessibility requirements via ‘My Account’ on the Ticketmaster site or app. You only have to do this once as the information is stored securely for all future purchases.
Why can’t I purchase accessible tickets for all events on Ticketmaster?
Venues decide where their tickets can be sold and sometimes may decide to sell their accessible tickets themselves. When this happens, we’ll point you in the right direction to get in touch with the venue.
